The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

  • Shipping & Delivery
  • Shipping is free anywhere in the world. 

    Because all orders are custom made, shipping can take up to 3 weeks. Please be patient, we are working as quickly as we can! If there is a problem with your order, we will email you and let you know. 

    Armband orders are shipped via USPS first class mail. There is NO tracking available for this service. If you'd like tracking, you'd need to upgrade shipping to priority mail. 

    Larger orders will all have tracking included. 



  • International
  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. skateGEEK is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.



  • Return Policy
  • We stand behind our products and the custom work that goes into each and every item. It does not happen often, but if we do make a mistake with your order, we will replace your item immediately. Please review your information and the product size chart before ordering, as each order is made individually to your specifications and cannot be resold.
    For this reason, we cannot exchange or refund orders based on size discrepancy or customer errors such as spelling, colors, etc.

    Because our items are custom made, we do not give any cash refunds, but offer replacements only.

    If you find a problem with your order, please contact us at skategeekluan@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order and we will promptly address the issue. Please do not message us via social media (facebook or twitter) as we might not see the message.

    skateGEEK items are handmade. Because of the nature of handmade goods, items may have slight variations. These variations should not be considered imperfections.

    Custom Orders can not be returned for any reason unless there is a manufacturer defect. Custom orders that are not defective cannot be returned.

    Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for exchange.

    Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
